Domestic - At 12 am on Feb. 13, a text was made to 911. Officers advised it was a domestic at 401 S. 8th. The problem half was gone on arrival.

Extra Patrol - At 7:07 am, the reporting party requested an extra patrol around St. Luke’s Church. The reporting party advised that one of her 4th grade students advised over the weekend that a white male with a grey hoodie and blonde hair tried to grab her when she was walking home from school about two week ago. The reporting party has not seen the subject since.

Accident - A two-vehicle minor accident occurred at 300 E. Woodbury, no injuries.

Accident - At 7:59 pm, a two vehicle accident with injuries occurred at Hubbard and Union. The roadway was cleared.

Arrest - At 9:09 am, an officer took Erick Landon Laird, 11/1995, into custody for city warrants for driving under suspension (DUS), petit larceny, and trespassing.

Arrest - Crime Stoppers advised a Caleb Gunnar, 5/1998, had confirmed Kay County warrants for felony false pawn and several misdemeanors totaling $13,923. Also has confirmed city warrants for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia for $2,550. Officer took male into custody.

Theft/Shoplifting - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to a break in at 704 E. Hubbard into the shop building. Occurred sometime over the weekend.

Intoxicated Pedestrian - At 1:05 pm, the reporting party advised of a male that was following her home from the store and was knocking on her door. Officer #19 took an unidentified Indian male into custody for public intoxication, possession of medical marijuana without a license, and assault and battery on a police officer.

Reckless Driver - At 2:22 pm, a male subject on a motorcycle was driving recklessly at Ponca and 14th. Last seen westbound.

Extra Patrol - The reporting party requested an extra patrol in the 700 block of N. Elm in reference to heavy foot traffic in the alley.

Accident - At 6:57 pm, a two vehicle accident, with no injuries, occurred at 2nd and Broadway. The roadway was cleared, and information was taken for a state accident report.

Accident - A two vehicle minor accident with no injuries occurred at 405 S. Osage at 7:57 pm. Accident was a hit and run.

Arrest - An officer took Joshua Tanner Brownell, 12/1990, into custody on city warrants for no insurance.

Domestic - At 3:11 am on Feb. 14, the reporting party advised of a male and female yelling at each other in the area of 1016 N. 2nd. Advised, no weapons.

Domestic - At 3:19 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to her 22-year old daughter threatening to kill her and her dogs. Subject was traveling in an unknown direction on foot in the area of 716 N. Ash.

Disturbance - At 5:09 am, the reporting party advised of a female wearing a black sweater on her porch. Officer #30 took Angelina Cortex, 6/00, into custody for domestic assault and battery.

Accident - At 12:10 pm, the reporting party advised someone left their cart in the parking lot at Homeland and it blew into his truck causing damage.

Assault - The reporting party requested option in reference to an assault that occurred on Monday, Feb. 13 at West Middle School. Officer made contact with the reporting party and advised it will take further investigating. No report for now.

Disturbance - At 4:15 pm, the reporting party advised of multiple possible gunshots coming from the southwest from Grand and Peachtree.

Fight in Progress - At 6:30 pm, the reporting party advised of approximately eight juveniles fighting in the roadway at 3rd and Summit, unknown weapons. Officer advised it was a child disciplinary issue and all parties are separated and returned home with correct parents.

Domestic - An employee at Ashley Inn advised of a domestic between a male and female with unknown weapons at 7:19 pm. Officer #18 took James Takeuchi, 08/1989, into custody for city warrants for operating without being licensed, and failure to comply with required insurance.

Open Door - At 10:49 pm, the reporting party advised of an open garage door at 2107 Garden. Negative contact. Nothing appears to be disturbed.
