Fraud — At 10:23 a.m. Monday a subject in the 3500 block of North Union reported tax fraud. An officer was assigned and options were given.

Threats — A subject in the 100 block of East Emporia called police at 11 a.m. Monday for an ex-employee making threats. An officer responded and the caller asked that the subject be trespassed from the property.

Vandalism — A subject in the 100 block of Lansbrook contacted police at 11:36 a.m. Monday to report someone broke her window. An officer was assigned and a vandalism report was taken.

Dispute — At 12:50 p.m. Monday a subject in the 400 block of South Sunset advised a neighbor was having a verbal dispute. An officer advised the male subject left prior to arrival. Information was taken for a warrant request on domestic violence.

Disturbance — A 911 call was received at 2:20 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of South 14th Street with a caller screaming for the police department. Dispatch tried to call back but information was not given and no one would talk.

Hit and Run — A subject in the 800 block of East Prospect contacted police at 2:25 p.m. Monday to report a hit and run accident in the parking lot. An officer took a report.

Fraud — A subject in the 600 block of North Waverly called police at 4:04 p.m. Monday to report fraud. A report was taken.

Hit and Run — At 4:12 p.m. Monday a hit and run accident was reported at Fifth Street and Brookfield. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Burglary — At 4:50 p.m. Monday a subject in the 300 block of East Summit reported someone tried to break into his truck. An officer took a report.

Theft — At 5:07 p.m. Monday a subject in the 300 block of West Gary reported his push mower was stolen. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Fraud — An employee in the 1600 block of West South Avenue reported a counterfeit bill at 6:31 p.m. Monday. An officer advised the subject was unaware of it and the business declined to file a report. The bill was collected for destruction.

Theft — At 7:16 p.m. Monday a subject in the 300 block of South Ninth Street reported a package was stolen from her porch. An officer advised she later found the package so a report was taken.

Threats — At 8:23 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 1000 block of North Pine reported a protective order violation. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Welfare Check — Second hand information was received at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of West Grand Avenue advising his 11-yearold niece said someone was in bed molesting her. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Burglary — At 5:28 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 300 block of South Osage reported a burglary. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Pursuit — At 11:01 p.m. Tuesday a pursuit was reported at Palm and South Avenue. A call came in at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday from the 200 block of South Lincoln advising a car pulled in the driveway. Officers responded and advised it was the vehicle from the pursuit. Steve Mederos, 42, was arrested for operating a vehicle without a license and eluding.
