Bryson Eliot Bear Tucker, 20, of Newkirk, was arrested under the charges of lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child under 16 and forcible sodomy. He was accused of this by two members of his family that were around the age of 11 during the time of the incidents. He was booked into the Kay County Detention Center on Fri., Feb. 17.

According to the affidavit, in May of 2022, the first victim, ST, disclosed in a therapy session at Parkside Psychiatric Hospital and Clinic that she had been sexually abused by her older brothers, Bryson Tucker and DT, that were 19 and 16 years old at the time of the report. ST said that when she was 11 years old her brothers did something to her.

ST disclosed that her brother, Bryson Tucker, sexually abused her by forcing ST to perform oral sex numerous times. The victim said that Bryson Tucker would force her to do these things in order to have certain privileges, such as playing video games. She also stated that there had been a time that her other brother, DT, came into the bathroom with her and forced her to have anal intercourse.

After ST’s statement, Deputy Sheriff Earl Watkins, contacted other members of the family about the sexual assault, when he was told that their son, TB, had been Bryson Tucker’s victim as well. The mother to the victim told Deputy Sheriff Watkins that she had returned home and was getting the baby settled when TB came into the room and said that he believed ST because it had happened to him as well.

In a forensic interview, TB disclosed that his cousin, Bryson Tucker, had raped him when he was about 10 to 11 years old. This victim stated that it occurred multiple times, both in his own residence and at Bryson Tuckers as well. TB disclosed hat Tucker touched him inappropriately, forced him to perform oral sex, and also raped him.

During an investigation with OKDHS, Bryson Tucker admitted to touching ST.

Bryson Tucker had his initial appearance in court on Feb. 17, and is set to be on the status docket in April.
