An open house event was held at El Patio on Tuesday, April 25, the first of open house for the Greater Ponca City Provisional Rotary that is currently seeking charter members from all surrounding communities to join the organization.

An experienced group of Rotary leaders have come together to create a group that seeks to bring together leaders from diverse backgrounds and provide them with the opportunity to meet with likeminded individuals to participate in service projects, and develop leadership skills.

Rotary has had a deep connection with the region for over 100 years, and this new chapter seeks to continue that legacy for a new generation across several communities in the greater Ponca City area.

This new Rotary group plans to start holding meetings for summer 2023 on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 6 pm to 7 pm. The location of these meetings will vary based on the given project or speakers.

Greater Ponca City Provisional Rotary will also be hosting a meet and greet event on May 23 at 6 pm.
