The Ponca City Council of Garden Clubs will hold their next meeting on Wednesday, March 4 at 9:30 a.m. at the Cann Garden Home. Refreshments will be provided by Hostesses Red Rose Garden Club prior to the program. The program “Composting” will be presented by Master Gardener Mary Lynn Taylor. All are welcome to attend.
