Threats — At 12:28 a.m. Tuesday a subject was in the lobby of the police department to report threats. Information was taken for a warrant request.

Disturbance — At 7:51 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 2700 block of Rice contacted the police for report a disturbance. An officer took a report for disturbing the peace.

Theft — A manager in the 2400 block of North 14th Street contacted police at 10:59 a.m. Tuesday to report theft from an employee. An officer responded and advised the property was returned. No report for now.

Disturbance — At 11:31 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 2900 block of North Union contacted police to report a male subject had a knife and was making threats. Information was taken for a warrant request for assault with a dangerous weapon.

Yard Drivers — A subject in the 700 block of South Fifth Street contacted police at 12:11 p.m. Tuesday to report her neighbors were driving through her yard. The caller advised this was an ongoing issue. Options were given.

Disturbance — At 12:35 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 400 block of South 12th Street reported his ex was causing a disturbance. An officer responded and options were given on a civil matter.

Assault — A subject in the 1500 block of East Bradley wanted to report an assault that happened awhile ago at 1:03 p.m. Tuesday. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Dispute — A dispute was reported to police at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of North Union. An officer responded and advised it was a verbal argument between father and son. No report was taken.

Welfare Check — A welfare check was requested at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of North Ninth Street on a possible abusive situation. An officer advised there were no signs of a physical domestic dispute. Domestic Violence was contacted.

Stolen Phone — At 7:53 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 1600 block of Donahoe reported her phone was stolen by a juvenile male. An officer responded and took a report.

Arrest — At 9:16 p.m. Tuesday a subject wanted to turn himself in for burglarizing Ponca Plaza Wine and Spirits a few weeks ago. A 14-year-old juvenile male was arrested for second degree burglary and assault.
