It is not the school that raises the child, it is not even the church that raises the child. It is the orderly home under the direction of the Godly father where children are raised. In Ephesians 6;4, it says, "Father's, train up the child in the instruction of the Lord." It is not a suggestion, it is the duty of the Godly father.

The tragedy of America today, is the absence of the father in the home. Here is data about the fatherless home.

In 1950, 80 percent of children grew up in homes where both biological man and woman parents were married to each other. Today, barely 50 percent of children grow up in an intact family.

24 million children sleep in homes where the natural father does not live.

40 percent of children whose absent father lives outside the home have no contact with them.

Children from father absent homes are five times more likely to live in poverty, 3 times more likely to fail in school, 3 times more likely to have emotional and behavioral problems, and 3 times more likely to commit suicide.

Law enforcement agencies tell us that the chief predictor of crime in a neighborhood is the percentage of homes without fathers. 70 percent of adolescent crime is from fatherless homes.

63 percent of youth suicides occur in fatherless homes.

80 percent of rapists come from fatherless homes.

71 percent of high school dropouts come from fatherless homes.

85 percent of all youths sitting in a state operated detention system come from fatherless homes.

Listen, people, to the warnings of the Bible in Proverbs, Chapter 1."My son, if sinners entice you, if they say, "come along with us, let's lie in wait for someone's blood. Let's waylay some harmless soul. We will get all sorts of things and fill our houses with plunder. My son, do not go along with them, for their feet rush into sin, and they are swift to shed innocent blood."

Father's, guard your children from the evil we see in our nation of rioting, burn, looting, hate, and even killing. The problem is not race, the problem is not the government should do more, the problem in America is a need for fathers to lead both parents to teach the child about Jesus Christ, to read the Bible and pray with children in the home.
