Linda Farmer Harris, 75, went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the Ponca City Nursing Home & Rehab, Ponca City, Oklahoma, after an intense battle with pancreatic cancer. Lin was born in Piggot, Arkansas on May 8, 1947, to Elbert Ray and Mildred Bernice Linzy Farmer.

Louis Anthony “Tony” Weingart, Jr, passed away at home on Sunday, July 31, 2022, surrounded by his family. His unique wit, charm and perspective of life will be greatly missed by all. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Tom Howard officiating. Shelby Charles Epperson, 81, formerly of Ponca City, OK, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022 peacefully at home with family. Visitation for Shelby is Tuesday, August 2th, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with family present from 6:00 -8:00 PM at Trout Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 3, at 2:00 PM at Faith Tabernacle Church, 501 S. 5th Street with Rev. Don Stanton officiating. Dale W. Brewer, age 94, affectionately known as “Ripper” would like for you to know that his work here on earth is complete. He received a call Friday evening, a sort of an offer you cannot refuse, for an appointment from which he will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends he has not seen in a long time. Rip will be greeted by his Heavenly Father; his first love and the mother of his children, Frankie; his parents, Bud & Stella; his sisters & their husbands: Mary “Toots” (Andy) Campbell, Maxine (Harry) Thurber, Marie (Roy) Bettes, Lou (Gerald) Heppel; step-sister and husband, Yonnie (Ed) Myers; brothers-in-law; George Webb, George Baugh and wife Rozella, Robert “Bob” and wife Sunni Baugh, Bill Carpenter and wife Jackie Rutherford, Jimmy Baugh; nieces, Annette Payne, Shawn Trepton, and Cindy May; nephews, Billy Webb and Geo John Baugh IV; and great-great niece, Maddie.

Jimmie Eugene Snelling passed away July 25, 2022 at his home at the age of 91. He was born on December 23, 1930 in Wilberton, OK and grew up in several different locations.

On Wednesday July 20,2022, Rick Edge beloved son and brother passed away at age 63. Rick was born on April 18, 1959 in Stillwater Oklahoma to Arlie and Billie Clyde (Emerson) Edge.

Georgia Ann (Rund) Rother, 85, passed away on Friday, July 22, in Ponca City, surrounded by family and friends,. She was born in Okarche, on April 1, 1937 to John and Georgia (Barrackman) Rund. She grew up on Okarche and attended Holy Trinity Catholic School. Upon graduation, she worked in medical offices before marrying Lawrence Rother, January 5, 1960. From there, they lived in Luther and Okarche, before settling at Union City where they raised their 3 girls, farmed and ranched.

Willis Charles Schickram, 89, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on July 23, 2022, at his home. Viewing will be from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Trout Funeral Home.
