Lawrence D. Bing “The Cookie Man” Shelton, 89, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2024, at his home. Viewing will be held between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 25, 2024, with the family present between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday February 26, 2024, at Trout Funeral Home. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 26, 2024, at Northeast Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Melton officiating. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our loving husband and father, Don Rigdon. After a valiant fight against esophageal cancer, he passed peacefully Saturday, February 3, 2024 surrounded by his family, wife Kerry Rigdon, son Jackson Rigdon, daughter McKenna and her husband Drew Fly. He will be sorely missed – as a loving husband, father, son, friend, wine enthusiast, and OU’s biggest fan. He was a 1979 graduate of Blackwell High School, OU 1982, Navy 1989, and NBA 1993.

Pam Rawlins, 79, beloved Spouse, mother, grandmother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on February 16, 2024. She entered this world on January 29, 1945, in Austin, Texas, born to Frank Ogle and Leta Weed Ogle.

Don Niemann, Jr. passed away quietly on Thursday, February 15 afternoon at 78 years of age. He was the son of Don Niemann, Senior of Ponca City who served in the Army Air Corp and his wife Joan Niemann. Don was born on September 1, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Hubert Carroll Rodman, known as Carroll, 90, beloved father, grandfather, and friend, was called to his eternal resting place on February 14, 2024. He entered this world on May 4, 1933, in Tryon, Oklahoma, born to Hubert Clyde and Fern (Gilkison) Rodman.

Peggy Hill Brown, former resident of Schulter, Oklahoma was called to her eternal heavenly resting place from her home in Donna, Texas on January 29, 2024, due to complications following heart surgery. She was 74.

Stephen Smith, 85, beloved Father, Grandfather, Great grandfather, and Brother, was called to his eternal resting place on February 9, 2024. He entered this world on February 13, 1938, in Winfield, Kansas, born to John J. Smith and Helen V Baker Smith.
