Colby James Armstrong, also known by his Ponca Native name, WayGah-Sapi, 41, of Boise, ID, and most recently, Kaw City, OK, left this life on January 5, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. No viewing is scheduled at this time. A Ponca Tribal Celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel in Ponca City. A second Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Kaw City, OK. Those unable to attend the Funeral Ceremony, may attend virtually on the Trout Funeral Home website, www. troutfuneralhome.com and click on the live-stream or toolbar icon on the top right corner after 1:45 PM for both services . Donnie “Bear” Seward

Donnie “Bear” Seward was born December 31st, 1951, to Albert and Inez Seward in the Sunny Slope area of Osage county. He attended elementary school at Middle Enterprise and then graduated from Ralston High School in 1970. He then moved to Ponca City where he spent the rest of his life. Bear worked for the city of the Ponca City as a supervisor in the Solid Waste Department from 1978 until his retirement in 2003.

Kathy will lie in state from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, January 5, 2024, and from 9:00 AM until service time on Saturday. The family will greet friends between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, Saturday. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 6, 2023 at Trout Funeral Home Chapel in Tonkawa with Rev. Ken Macken officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Lamont Cemetery. Rosemary Ruth (Ruedin) Finch, 81, of Norfork, Arkansas, died December 22, 2023 after a sudden illness. She was born January 14, 1942 in Alton, Illinois to Roger and Bernice (Winslade) Ruedin. Rosemary met her husband Walter Finch (deceased) at The University of Colorado, Boulder, and as a newlywed settled in Ponca City, Oklahoma, where she raised three children: Jeff Finch, Mary Finch (Paul Saunders), & Craig Finch (Jaime Mistler). In addition to her children, Rosemary is survived by her brother Richard and his wife Rosemary, as well as grandchildren Nicholas, Ethan, and Carolyn Saunders.

Maxine Ann Warren Marzuola, 93, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away December 28, 2023, after a life full of love and laughter. She was born September 9, 1930, in Dow, Oklahoma as the only child of Cecil Roger and Julia Persiani Warren. She passed peacefully to her eternal reward on December 28, 2023, at Hillcrest South Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by loving family. She loved and was well loved by those who knew her. She had a gift for conversation and loved to interact with anyone who would listen.
