Suzanne Stotts Steinle, former Ponca City resident, passed away Saturday, Nov.

16, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Olathe, Kan. She was born on Jan.

14, 1940, to Dorothy Stotts and Stephen Stotts, and graduated from Ponca City High School in 1959.

Suzanne was well known in her high school days for her musical talent playing the piano. She was an accomplished musician, and had the wonderful ability to play by ear as well as all the classics. Suzanne was an active member of the Po-Hi Chorale, which at that time was under the direction of Charles Cunning. During high school, the chorale put on full productions of the musicals “Annie Get Your Gun” and “Kiss Me Kate” which she played for.

Her sister also remembers seeing Suzanne reading the Time magazine on the music rack, and playing the piano at the same time.

She was a graduate of Oklahoma State University and a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. Her Theta sisters have reminisced about all the fun they had with Suzanne as they would hum a tune and Suzanne would just start playing it.

Suzanne was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, aunt and friend to so many people and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Stotts, and brother, Steve Stotts.

Survivors include her sister, Alvie (Gary) Miles of Ponca City, and two sons, Erich (Nicole) Steinle of Springfield, Missouri, and Mark (Lori) Steinle of Omaha, Nebraska. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, in Olathe. paid obituary
