Ralph Levon Stephens was born in Blackwell, OK to Marvin and Edith Stephens on Jan. 23, 1940. He passed away on Feb. 6, 2020, in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 80 due to the complications of Alzheimers. He attended Blackwell schools. Ralph married Nola Cook on Jan. 29, 1960. in Blackwell. In 1962 they moved to Fort Worth, Texas where they planted roots and began their family and survived the ups and downs together for 60 years.

Ralph, known as Levon by family members, retired from Menasco Aerospace after 30 years as a painter and machinist working on the landing gears of space shuttles, fighter and jumbo jets. Before and after retirement he enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking the best chili and BBQ around, along with rooting for the OU Sooners and Dallas Cowboys. He loved spending time with family and traveling. Never did he go a day that he wasn't working or fixing something.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Stephens, Edith Guisinger and step-dad James Guisinger, brothers Charlie, Doyle and Kenneth Stephens, sisters Faye Coffey and Eula Mae Ellington, great-granddaughter Scottlynn Rose and daughter-in-law Jessica Stephens.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Nola, daughters Tina (George) Gutierrez, Marlo (JD) Allen and son Jeffrey Stephens, grandchildren Elisha, Anthony, Shawnee, Alana, Catrina and Cayley, great-grandchildren Taylor, Brooke, Jaclyn, Autumn, Mikey and Aspen, numerous nieces and nephews, along with great nieces and nephews, all of which reside in or around Blackwell.
