Phillip Earl Bare, 63, a resident of Ponca City, died Monday, May 11, 2020.

Due to COVID-19, a memorial will be announced at a later date.

Phillip was born July 13, 1956, in Blackwell to Earl Leo Bare and Phyllis Gwendolyn (Goble) Bare. He graduated from Blackwell High School in 1974 and served in the U.S. Army for two years and was stationed in Ft. Sill. He was an office equipment technician for many years.

He is survived by his wife Sandra Bare, children Dennis Bare and wife Jessica of Texas, Trisha (Bare) Mackey of Oklahoma, Sandra Bare of Calvin, his sister Teresa (Bare) and husband Danny Shields of Ponca City, brother Warren Bare and wife Judy of Ponca City, five grandchildren, his first wife Ellie Hiachi, his second wife Cindy Clark and many nieces and nephews. married Sandr

Memorials may be made to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma.
