Pamela Jo Avery, resident of Ponca City, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020. She was 62 years old. A funeral ceremony for Pam will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at the Trout Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Michael Taylor officiating. Following the ceremony, she will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Pam was born on September 19, 1957 in Ponca City to her parents, Connie Mack and Mary Ann Avery. She graduated from Ponca City High School and continued her education to earn a Bachelor’s Degree. Pam loved being outdoors and gardening. She was a family girl at heart who enjoyed family get togethers. She was a big animal lover and cared for many cats and dogs through the years.

She is survived by her parents, Connie Mack Avery and Mary Ann Avery of Ponca City, brothers, Greg Avery and wife, Betsy of Stillwater and Brad Avery and wife Rhonda of Edmond, nieces and nephews, Brooke and James Avery and Brennan and Kate Avery as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her beautiful smile, warm heart and fun sense of humor will be missed by all her family and friends.
