Neil M. Blubaugh, 96, left this earth to be reunited with the love of his life, wife Betty, on January 20, 2021. Neil was born on August 3, 1924, to Earl and Lillian Blubaugh in Bressie, Oklahoma. Neil was a retired farmer and stockman who lived in Bressie Community until 2007 when he moved to Clearwater, Kansas.

Neil and Betty were married on December 26, 1943, and were married for 68 years. They had two children Dana and Dane. Neil was an active member of the First Christian Church in Ponca City, Oklahoma. He served for 28 years on the ASCS in Noble County and was a board member of the Bressie Rural Water District for many years.

Neil was a master storyteller and entertained us with his stories about life on the farm in Oklahoma and his family. He had a deep abiding faith and always saw the best in everyone he met, friend or stranger. Neil was kind, loving, and humble and was the true definition of what it meant to be a Christian.

Neil is preceded in death by his wife Betty Blubaugh, son Dane Blubaugh. He is survived by his daughter Dana Morrow and husband Terry Morrow; his grandchildren Leah Gagne, Debra Morrow, Richie Blubaugh, Darcee Bowling, and Dusti Shilling; his great grandchildren Wodline, Gagne, Tamara Gagne, Aleksandr Gagne, Madeline Like, Zachary Bentley, Andrew Blubaugh, Lillie Blubaugh, Kyle Knott, Harley Odle, Perry Blubaugh, Olivia Wahpekeche, Damen Bowling, Cornelius Blubaugh, Charley Blubaugh, and Ronald Blubaugh; his great great grandchildren Lillian Like, Avery Like, and Aria Nielsen; and his four nieces Anne Schmidt, Myra Giesen, Kathy Jewett, and Shirley Giesen.

Graveside services will be held on January 27, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Resthaven Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
