Michael Dewayne Payne Montgomery, “aka Roll On”, went to his heavenly father tragically on January 13th, 2021.

Michael was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma Sept 23rd, 1970 to Esther Lee Bales & Louis Carl Payne Jr the second born nephew on the Payne side of the family.

Michael had a heart of gold and loved his family, he had a lot of faith and always tried to lift up anyone he could. He never let his disability to MD stop him in life. He enjoyed rolling around in his wheelchair and when he was little and before he lost the ability to walk, he loved sports, singing, music and riding bikes. Despite his disabilities he would try to do anything his siblings or cousins did.

Michael leaves to mourn Esther Lee Bales (mom), Louis Payne Jr (dad) of Ponca City Oklahoma, 6 Sisters, 5 brothers, Grandfather Louis Payne Sr all from Ponca City Oklahoma and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his sister Asa Alec Haley, Grandma and Grandpa Tom and Yvonne Montgomery, Pearlie Mae Payne (Grandmother) and One Uncle Jerry Payne Sr. The family is very saddened by the loss of our dearly departed love one!
