Deaths

Debbie Norvell, Ponca City resident, died Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. She was 65.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 11:30 a.m. at Hospice of North Central Oklahoma in the Evans Fireside Room.

Interment will follow at Round Grove Cemetery.
