Cody “Boe” Samuel Carlile, lifelong resident of Ponca City, passed from this life on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. He was 34 years old. He will be laid to rest at a Graveside Ceremony on Thursday, August 27, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park. Officiating the service will be Reverend Tom Howard. Viewing will be from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Trout Funeral Home and Crematory.

Cody “Boe” was born Sunday, June 22, 1986, in Dallas, Texas. He was known for his fun, energetic, thrill-seeking nature. For those who were closest to Cody, it was his loyalty and generosity he was known for the most. He was always sharing his time, talents, and treasures. From shoveling snow, writing poetry, cracking jokes, or simply sharing a smile in passing, Cody never missed a chance to help, however he could.

He cherished playing with his children as his intensity for play only increased with age. He was a lover of nature and enjoyed camping, fishing, dirt biking, and four wheeling. These were among some of his favorite outdoor activities. Cody was an artist and a creator. From deconstructions and rebuilds, to his passion and livelihood as a tattoo artist, he thrived when working with his hands and expressed himself through his creativity. He was truly gifted and the greatest blessing of this fruit was how it allowed him to connect with many people. This gave him the chance to share with them, his faith of Islam and love for Allah, forming lifelong bonds and friendships. Cody was fiercely loved and will be dearly missed by many.

He is survived by his mother, Shelia Price and her husband, MIke; wife, Terranda Carlile; children, Kendall, Jayslin, Kadyn, and Xander; sibling, Kansas Keller and her husband, Ryan, Holly Carlile, Zane Price, Michae Price, all of Ponca City; grandfather, Jimmy Walls; aunts and uncles, Tammy Walls of Ponca City, Dustin Walls and his wife, Faith, of Tulsa, Sherry Walls, of Ponca City; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Cody was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Carlile, grandmother, Tanna LaRue Walls, grandfather, Phillip Carlile; grandmother, Rosemary “Cricket” Falconer; grandfather, Kenny Falconer; aunt, Phyllis Baccer (Carlile); uncles, Jamie Walls, Chris Walls, Jimmy Carlile; cousins, Jesse Carlile and Kyle Walls.

Pallbearers Dustin Walls, Jesse Carlile, Jamall McBride, Levi Burdic, Justin Walls, and Zane Price will be led by his brothers in the faith Emake “Siraj” Fisher and Keman Davis.

Honorary Pallbearers will include: Cristopher Law, Randon Higgins, James Cummings, Rocky MCCracken, Marshal Jones, Ryan Keller, Daniel Hale, Chris Law, and Brandon Corrington
