This week’s cat of the week is the gorgeous boy you see above, Tubby. Tubby is a Long hair domestic longhair with tabby markings and striking green eyes. He is 6 months old and while he can be playful, Tubby’s favorite thing is to be loved on. Though he has only been at Northern Oklahoma Humane Society for a few weeks now, he has quickly become a favorite amongst the staff and it is easy to see why. Not only is he incredibly handsome, but he is also extremely sweet as well. Tubby is not skittish or afraid, instead he constantly seeks out people to show him affection. He absolutely loves to be pet and snuggled and demands it in the most adorable way. While spending time with him, Tubby crawled onto my lap turned his back towards me and flopped backwards in my arms. While it is not guaranteed that he will do this all the time, it was the most adorable thing ever. Tubby is a big fan of treats and gets along with other cats as well. Overall, while it is his handsome looks and silk soft hair that draws most people in, it is his loving personality and funny quirks that make people fall in love with him. Tubby needs a forever home where he can be loved and show love. He would be a wonderful cat to anyone who gave him the chance.
