The Ponca City Aviation Booster Club will hold their monthly fly-in breakfast on Saturday, April 1, but with a new changes in price and the hours of operation.

The breakfast will now charge $10 for adult and $5 for kids from the former prices of $8 for adults and $4 for kids. Additionally, the breakfast’s hours have been extended. It will still open at 7 am on Saturday, but will now extend an additional 30 minutes to 10:30 am.

The breakfast is sponsored by the Ponca City Aviation Foundation, and the club works to try and get people, both young and old, interested in aviation and the airport. The foundation is an offshoot of a social club, The Ponca City Aviation Boosters Club, it was formed by pilots and airplane owners to pick up the trash on the airport in the 1970s.

The breakfast menu will include: scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, sausage, bacon, hash browns, fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice. Soda or bottle water is $1 extra.

The airport is located at 2213 North Waverly Street in Ponca City.
