Suspicious Person/Vehicle— An officer responded to the Broadway Plaza on the 200 block of east Broadway to the report of a female in between the apartment complexes yelling on the east side of the building on Thursday at 1:12 a.m. The caller thought she may have been intoxicated. Information was taken for a warrant request and a report was taken as well.

Burglary— An officer was requested to the 400 block of north 4th St. on Thursday at 5:17 a.m. in reference to the caller’s home being broken into and her laptop being stolen. An officer responded and a burglary report was taken.

Theft of Utilities— The Utilities Department requested an officer to the 300 block of south Lincoln on Thursday at 8:54 a.m. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Theft/Shoplifting— An officer responded to the 200 block of south Osage St. on Thursday at 3:24 p.m. in reference to the theft of a power washer. A report was taken.

Disturbance—The hospital requested an officer on Thursday at 5:11 p.m. in regards to Michael Stallings refusing treatment at the ER. He was also playing opossum as a way to refuse to leave. He was arrested and transported to jail and a report was taken.

Suspicious Person—An officer was requested to the 200 block of south Osage on Thursday at 6:43 p.m. after a caller complained that she believed a male subject was living in her garage. Officers arrived and Frank Burns was arrested at the scene and transported to jail. A report was taken.
