Burglary — At 12:38 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 300 block of South Elm reported a gun was missing from her home. An officer responded and took a report.

Threats — A subject in the 2000 block of North Sixth Street contacted police at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday to advise a male subject was threatening to burn down her home. An officer responded and options were given.

Arrest — At 11:27 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 1400 block of West Grand Avenue contacted police to report her 42-year-old son came home with two black eyes. The caller advised the other party lived in the 300 block of South Peachtree. An officer responded and arrested Marsha Newman for domestic abuse in the presence of a child.

Assistance — A DHS officer requested an officer standby for an investigation in the 900 block of South Fifth Street at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday.

Disturbance — At 2:35 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 2000 block of North Sixth Street reported a neighbor was causing a disturbance. A trespass warning was issued to the subject.

Domestic — A 911 call was received at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday in the 3500 block of North Union reported a possible domestic in the woods near the area. Officers responded and couldn’t locate the subjects. Kay County was advised.

Put Your Pants On — At 8:41 p.m. Tuesday a subject advised a male subject was running around in his underwear at Highland and Pine. Officers could not locate the subject.

Domestic — At 12:21 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 200 block of North Lake advised a female broke out all the windows on a vehicle. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Domestic — At 5:54 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 2800 block of Ames advised her daughter called and was in a domestic. Officers responded and advised it was verbal only and the subject will call back later to standby for property.

Burglary — A subject in the 200 block of South 11th Street contacted police at 6:17 a.m. Wednesday to advise his truck was broken into during the night. An officer responded and took a report. Another vehicle burglary was reported at 6:33 a.m. from the 300 block of South Ninth Street.

Burglary — At 7:15 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 100 block of West Gary reported an auto burglary. An officer responded and a report was taken. At 7:57 a.m. a subject in the 700 block of East Central advised his wallet was taken from his vehicle. A report was taken.

Welfare Check — At 11:52 a.m. Wednesday a subject at Seventh Street and Grand Avenue advised two toddlers in diapers were playing in the road. An officer responded and advised the toddlers got out because the back door was left open. The officer will be doing a DHS referral.

Arrest — During a traffic stop at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday at 400 East Grand Avenue, Caleb Short was arrested on drug and driving with a suspended license charges.
