Hit and Run — At 10:24 a.m. Monday a subject at Fifth Street and Central advised a driver hit his mirror while he was parked. Contact was made with both parties and insurance was exchanged.

Report Taken — A subject in the 1300 block of Summers Place contacted police at 10:35 a.m. Monday to report disturbing text messages on a caregiver’s phone. A report was taken for possible child abuse.

Suspicious Subject — At 11:39 a.m. Monday a subject in the 1200 block of East Prospect wanted a trespass warning issued against a subject. Officers responded and a warning was issued.

Assault — A subject at 10th Street and Oklahoma contacted police at 12:06 p.m. Monday to report an adult male assaulted her juvenile son. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Burglary — At 3:36 p.m. Monday a subject in the 1700 block of Little Lane reported someone tried to break into the residence through the garage. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Burglary — At 4:32 p.m. Monday a subject in the 500 block of West Prospect advised her storage unit was broken into. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Domestic — A domestic dispute was reported at 4:42 p.m. Monday from the 200 block of South 14th Street. An officer attempted to make contact and found the female subject who advised there was no domestic.

Kidnapping — A subject contacted the police at 5:15 p.m. Monday to request options on a kidnapping in Mexico. Options were given since the incident happened out of jurisdiction.

Domestic — A domestic dispute was reported in the 3500 block of North Union at 5:30 a.m. Monday. An officer made contact with the subjects and advised there wasn’t a dispute but asked them to keep things down.

Snake Not Welcome — At 6 p.m. Monday a subject in the 1400 block of Cleary advised she found a snake in her yard and asked for help to dispose of it. Animal Control was notified.

Threats — At 6:56 p.m. Monday a subject was in the lobby of the police department to report harassment over the phone. Options were given.

Arrest — At 7:44 p.m. Monday a subject in the 400 block of East Central was laying down on the east side of the building. Officers responded and arrested Joshua Allen for drinking liquor in a public.

Arrest — Heather Rhodd was arrested in the 1200 block of East Central at 8:13 p.m. Monday on city warrants.

Traffic Stop — During a traffic stop at 10:10 p.m. Monday at Grand Avenue and Union, Jennifer Roy was arrested on a failure to pay warrant for petit larceny.

Fight Reported — A clerk in the 400 block of East South Avenue contacted police at 11:14 p.m. Monday to report a fight in the parking lot. Officers responded and advised it was an argument between family members and he was hit by a car door. The subject did not want to press charges.

Animal Control — A 911 call was received at 4:54 a.m. Tuesday from the 900 block of West Oklahoma reporting a very large raccoon in the house. An note was left with Animal Control.

Burglary — At 8:22 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 400 block of North Fifth Street reported an auto burglary. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Burglary — Second hand information was received at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday reporting a possible break-in in the 2100 block of North Union. A report was taken for unlawful entry.

Vandalism — A subject in the 700 block of North Oak contacted police at 12:21 p.m. Tuesday advising his neighbor’s dogs destroyed his pool. An officer advised it was a civil dispute between neighbors.

Alcohol for Minors — A 911 call was received at 7:04 p.m. Tuesday advising a male subject was buying alcohol for minors was on the street. An officer made contact with the parents in the 2000 block of North Osage but the subject was not there. The parents advised they would have him call the officer when he returned.
