In Custody — A subject in the 400 block of South Lake contacted police at 7:23 a.m. Tuesday to report a male laying in her living room. An officer responded and arrested Bryan Camren. He was transported to the Kay County Detention Center.

Fraud — At 9:02 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 500 block of East Grand contacted police for a fraudulent unemployment claim. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Burglary — A subject in the 700 block of East Central contacted police at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday to report a vehicle burglary. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Fraud — At 10:09 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 700 block of Sugar Maple reported unemployment fraud. A report was taken.

Vandalism — A subject in the 400 block of South 11th Street contacted police at 10:39 a.m. Tuesday to report vandalism. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Dispute — At 12:10 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 500 block of North Pine reported a possible domestic dispute. An officer responded and advised the matter was verbal only. They couldn’t open the door.

Burglary — A subject in the 500 block of North Ninth Street contacted police at 12:42 p.m. Tuesday to report vehicle burglary. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Fraud — At 12:43 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 800 block of North 14th Street reported unemployment fraud. A report was taken. Another unemployment fraud report was taken at 12:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street and another at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of South Perry.

Disturbance — A subject in the 2600 block of North 14th Street contacted police at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday to report a disturbance with a female. An officer responded and a trespass warning was issued.

Fraud — An unemployment fraud report was taken at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday from the 2600 block of Burgundy.

Dispute — At 3:35 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 700 block of Monument reported a possible domestic dispute. An officer advised it was all verbal between roommates and the windows were open.

Theft — Utility billing reported utility theft at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday from the 500 block of North 10th Street.

Assault — At 4:26 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 1000 block of West Highland reported that a male was assaulted with a baseball bat. An officer responded and advised no bat was used. A report was taken.

Animal Call — A subject in the 800 block of North Second Street contacted police at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday to report dogs are always barking and not being taken care of. An officer responded and advised both parties were contacted. Animal Control was advised.

Disturbance — A 911 call was received at 9:07 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of South 12th Street reporting a fight between two females. One subject left before the officer arrived. An officer advised the female got into a verbal argument with a friend and left. No report was taken.

Theft — A stolen gun was reported to police at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of South Elm. A report was taken.

Arrest — During a traffic stop at 11:13 p.m. Tuesday at Seventh Street and Highland, Leonard Leclair was arrested and transported to county.

Arrest — A officer advised he was out with a subject at 2:26 a.m. Wednesday at Broadway and Osage. Christopher Keelin was arrested on county warrants.

Disturbance — At 3:09 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 300 block of South Birch reported an intoxicated female was threatening the subject. An officer responded and extra patrol was requested. A previous report was taken for threats.
