Disturbance — At 10:17 a.m. Monday a subject in the 100 block of North Ninth Street contacted police to report his neighbor was cussing at him and attempting to fight him. An officer made contact with the subjects and advised one neighbor has a nuisance dog and a report was filed on it which upset the man. Both parties were separated.

Fraud — An out-of-town subject contacted the Ponca City Police Department at 12:32 p.m. Monday to report fraud. An officer advised the subject calling was not the victim and asked that the party contact the police department to file a report.

Disturbance — A 911 call was received at 12:37 p.m. Monday to report a child custody issue in the 200 block of Virginia. An officer responded and advised the matter was verbal only. No report was taken.

Stolen Equipment — At 1:10 p.m. Monday a subject in the 1800 block of Princeton reported stolen lawn equipment. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Disturbance — A subject in the 700 block of South Sixth Street contacted police at 1:14 p.m. Monday to report a neighbor wouldn’t leave her grandson alone and it was an ongoing issue. An officer advised the parties were separated and no report was taken.

Disturbance — At 1:24 p.m. Monday a subject in the 400 block of South Oak reported a physical domestic dispute with her daughter. An officer responded and advised it was nothing physical and both parties were uncooperative.

Fraud — A subject in the 2000 block of North Osage contacted police at 2:04 p.m. Monday to report fraudulent charges. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Theft — At 4:28 p.m. Mon day a subject was at the police department to report things missing from the front yard in the 100 block of North Olympia. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Harassment — At 6:04 p.m. Monday a subject reported phone harassment in the 200 block of South Palm. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Bullying — A subject in the 700 block of South Sixth Street contacted police at 6:32 p.m. Monday to report bullying. An officer advised this was an ongoing issue that has been resolved. Extra patrol was requested.

Dispute — At 7:17 p.m. Monday a subject in the 1500 block of East Prospect wanted to speak to an officer in reference to a domestic dispute with her husband. An officer responded and information was taken for a warrant request for domestic assault and battery in front of a child.

Disturbance — A subject in the 700 block of North Oak contacted police at 9:31 p.m. Monday to report a man and woman screaming at each other. An officer responded and advised there was a disagreement but it was verbal only.

In Custody — During a traffic stop at 11:45 p.m. Monday in the 2000 block of Lake Road, Daniel Flores, 24, was arrested for possession of firearm, possession of stolen property, possession of drug proceeds with intent and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nanne Filippo, 25, was also arrested for possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property and other drug charges.

Burglary — An employee in the 2900 block of North Union contacted police at 6:01 a.m. Tuesday to report the front glass door was shattered. Information was taken for a report. The subject took some cigarettes and broke out the glass.
