Domestic - At 6:49 am on Dec. 14, reporting party requested an officer in reference to a possible domestic in the 500 block of S. Lincoln. She hears a female and male yelling in the area. Last seen northbound on Lincoln.

Burglary - At 8:32 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a break in that occurred the previous night through a window in the back of the building at First United Methodist Church. Possible stolen property and building is cleared.

Extra Patrol - Reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to speeders in the morning hours between 7:45 am and 8:00 am at Washington Pre-K.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop at 4th and Highland at 9:25 am, the driver did not own a drivers license. Vehicle was towed by Jay Warners Towing.

Domestic - 911 reporting party requested an officer in reference to an ex-half along with his brother came over and took their child and property. They were in a green/blue 2020 Chevy Equinox. Left scene in an unknown direction of travel. Reporting party advised she was physically assaulted. Units made contact with both halves. Officer #24 took a statement from the male half while #40 made contact with the reporting party. #40 advised options given on a civil issue. Information report taken for a warrant request.

Runaway Child - Reporting party requested an officer in reference to her 12-year old runaway male juvenile at 1:20 pm. Possibly seen at the Big Country mobile home trailer park asking someone for a ride to Blackwell. White male, brown curly hair. Officer #40 had the juvenile put in as a runaway.

Accident - At 1:36 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a vehicle vs pedestrian at 14th and Prospect. Subject that was hit was last seen on foot toward Walmart wearing a black shirt and Jiffy Trip hat. The vehicle was a white Hyundai Elantra, possible tag OK ABR134. Officers located and made contact with both halves. Pedestrian declined EMS. Officer #24 took a report.

Arrest - Reporting party requested an officer in reference to a subject at the Probation Office with warrants. Went prisoner in custody with Roger White, 5/1990 for petit larceny, speeding, failure to comply with insurance.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - K851 with Oklahoma Highway Patrol got a text at 2:27 pm in regard to an intruder on campus at West Middle School. All units went en route. Made contact at East Middle School and gave an all clear. West Middle School also gave an all clear.

Reckless Driver - Reporting party advised of a reckless driver in a silver Buick that is swerving all over the road at 14th and Prospect. Last seen headed northbound. All units advised.

Vandalism - Reporting party advised Octavio Gomez is intoxicated and broke the reporting party’s windshield. Last seen northbound in the west alley by Spin City. Information taken for report, damage was done to the reporting party’s vehicle.

Hit and Run Accident - Reporting party advised he was in a fender bender at 5th and Bradley, but the other half left. Time lapse: 20 minutes. Reporting party was at 1100 Princeton.

Reckless Driver - Reporting party advised of a yellow Mustang with black stripes that keeps speeding in the area at 2100 Meadowbrook. Unable to develop probable cause to stop vehicle.

Reckless Driver - Silver Sedan, tag KLV633, has been driving recklessly at 7:24 pm. Vehicle is parked at Casey’s. Driver is flagged, left the vehicle in the parking lot and gave her a ride home.

Domestic - At 8:14 pm, a domestic between a male and female occurred at Green Acres, no weapons. Domestic report taken.

Disturbance - At 8:36 pm, an employee advised of an Indian male that ripped the fire extinguisher off the wall, then tried to break into one of the rooms at Rose Stone Inn. Employee kicked him out. Reporting party does not know if he is still around. Problem half is a Woodrow Kent. Officer #13 took a report.

Intoxicated Driver - At 11:34 pm, the reporting party advised of a subject in a white Dodge truck threw a beer can out of his window at Osage and South. Last seen headed westbound.

Burglary - At 8:11 am on Dec. 15, reporting party at Hammock Motor City requested the police department for vehicular burglary. Vandalism report taken.

Field Interview - At 10:42 am, an officer was out with five juveniles at Albany and Hillside, requested another unit. Transported all back to the high school.

Runaway Return - Reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to her locating her runaway son behind Chili’s at 11:06 am. Runaway jumped out of the moving vehicle. Officer #24 followed them back to their residence. Juvenile taken out of NCIC.

Stolen Vehicle - A 1981 Yamaha motorcycle was stolen in the last 24 hours. Motorcycle has been entered into NCIC. Attempt to locate sent out to surrounding agencies on a 1981 Yamaha XS400, red with a black seat, tag 9Q9450, top of gas tank has grey on it.

Miscellaneous - At 12:28 pm, reporting party advised of subjects panhandling at Walmart. They were advised of the city ordinance and moved along per the property owner’s request.

Runaway Child - Reporting party requested an officer in reference to runaway, Caleb Fosnight, 13-year old White male, possibly Code White. The residents all have Code White. Juvenile has been entered NCIC.

Miscellaneous - At 1:02 pm, a large quantity of glass was in the roadway at 104 N. 1st. Officer #40 was investigating. Glass was from some windows blown out at the address. CE7 was advised.

Extra Patrol - An extra patrol was requested in reference to speeders going through the detour at 905 E. Bradley.

Burglary - At 2:09 pm, a building behind the house at 815 S. 4th had the door kicked in, unable to see anyone around. Got a hold of the owner, he will call if he decides to file a report. There was nothing inside. Owner called back and wants to file a report.

Options - Out of town reporting party requested to speak with an officer in reference to his vehicle that was stolen on Dec. 14 from Lowes.

Reckless Driver - At 3:51 pm, the reporting party requested an officer to make contact with a female driving a red Ford Explorer doing 40 mph in a school zone and was not parked at Sonic on 608 S. 14th. Reporting party wants to talk to an officer after making contact.

Runaway Child - Runaway report for Zavion Gates, who left in the morning from 604 N. Ash, wearing a grey hoodie and sweatpants.

Runaway Child - Reporting party requested an officer in reference to Noah McBride had ran away at 5:39 pm, wearing light grey t-shirt and red shorts.

Accident - A three vehicle accident with unknown injures occurred at 5:52 pm on 14th and Bradley. East side of intersection. Roadway was cleared.

Disturbance - Reporting party requested an officer in reference to hearing two gunshots that sounded like they came from inside the residence south of the reporting party (2229 Mary). Made contact with some neighbors, unable to locate where it came from.

Parking Problem - Reporting party requested an officer in reference to a Ford Crown Vic parked too close to her Tahoe at the parking lot at 2100 N. Union, and the reporting party cannot get out of the parking lot. Reporting party is threatening to hit the vehicle with her vehicle. Made contact with both halves and the vehicle was moved.

Extra Patrol - Reportingparty requested an extra patrol in the area of Meadowbrook Village in reference to her other half, Dillon Blankenship, being released from Kay County Sheriff’s Office and reporting party is afraid he will break into her residence. Other half called.

Runaway Returned - Reporting party advised Zavion Gates returned home at 7:42 pm, removed from NCIC.
