Man with weapon — Officer flagged down at the 800 block of N 2nd at 8:11 a.m. on Feb. 22 about a man in the 900 block of N 2nd with a hatchet. Incident occurred at 920 N. 2nd, officer made contact with both halves. Advised all verbal, refused to talk.

Theft/Shoplifting — Employee requested an officer at Harbor Freight. Advised two males walking south bound stole an axe. Subjects trespassed.

Theft Shoplifting — At 2:02 p.m., RP requested an officer in reference to theft from a vending machine.

Suspicious person/vehicle — At 2:29 p.m., advised of a male wearing rabbit ears looking into people’s cars. Last scene eastbound on foot on Red Bird.

Assist Call — At 4:55 on Feb. 22, an OHP Trooper was at gunpoint at 5th and South.

Assault — RP advised a female hit a male with her truck. Female subject was no longer on the scene. Maroon Dodge Ram fled northbound on Pine. #58 and #12 made contact ,advised assault with deadly weapon. RPT taken.

Disturbance — At 8:36 p.m., RP advised of six 17— year old juveniles around their house talking and acting strange. RP overhead that one of them may have a firearm. Officer contacted RP, juveniles were not in the alleyway. Did not hear anyone threatened anyone with a gun, just stated they had it. Unable to locate.
