Sick/Injured person — On Friday Jan.22 at 1:08 a.m., an officer was requested in reference to her 23—year old grandson had been shot and beat up. Problem half was gone, unknown description. Officer advised there was no gunshot wound. Subject was severely beat up and victim was taken to ER by ambulance. Officer advised the two parties at the ER were victims. The suspect was UTL.

Theft/Shoplifing — At 4:23 p.m. on Jan. 22, Manager of Dollar General 2902 N 14th requested an officer in reference to a male wearing a pirate costume having walked out with approximately $30 worth of products. Officer made contact with both halves, misunderstanding, property was paid for.

Animal Call — 8:10 p.m. on Jan. 23 at 516 N 2nd, RP requested the supervisor in reference to neighbor possibly poisoning his dog and threatening RP.

Animal Call — At 7:29 a.m. on Jan. 24, RP requested an officer after someone shot their dog in the backyard. Dog taken to Hartford Animal Clinic in Blackwell.
