Vandalism— A Manager requested an officer on Thursday at 11:52 a.m. to the La Quinta Inn on the 3400 block of north 14th street in reference to juveniles who were jumping fences and vandalizing property. An officer responded and two trespass warnings were issued to two juveniles, these citations were given to their mothers. A report was taken for Destruction of Property.

Two Vehicle Accident— A two vehicle accident occurred in front of Verizon Wireless on the 2700 block of north 14th street on Thursday at 1:47 p.m. An officer responded and the vehicles were moved out of the roadway. It is unknown if there were any injuries and the jeep was released to a licensed driver. Information was gathered and an accident report was made.

Arrest— Rudy Martinez turned himself in to an officer on Thursday at 5:10 p.m. at Wendy’s Restaurant on the 700 block of north 1st street. The subject had warrants for the charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and obstructing an officer. He was transported to jail and a report was taken.

Disturbance— A caller requested an officer to the Timber Apartments on the 2200 block of north 14th street on Thursday at 10:31 p.m. in regards to her ex-half, Riven Magea, who was at the apartment refusing to leave. An officer responded and the subject was arrested and transported to jail. A report was taken.
