Pursuit/Arrest— A caller advised on Thursday at 12:01 a.m. that a black 4X4 truck had shot at the caller while he was driving and that the subject had also shot at a bigger white truck that was hauling dirt. The driver of the white truck had also called Dispatch advising that the subject in the black truck was a male and was shooting at him at the intersection of Hubbard and Ranch Drive. This pursuit was transferred to the Kay County Sheriff’s Department and the pursuit was initiated and eventually came to a stop at the intersection of 14th street and Otoe in front of Sonic. Stephen Hogan, out of California, was arrested and transported to jail. A report was taken.

Arrest— An officer responded to Gregg Mini Storage on the 900 block of north Union street on Thursday at 3:30 a.m. in reference to a subject by the name of Matthew Stevens who had known warrants and was at the location. Stevens was arrested and transported to jail. A report was taken.

Accident—A two vehicle accident occurred on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of South Avenue and 4th street. Officers responded and no injuries were reported. An accident report was made.

Fight In Progress— A caller advised Dispatch that a male and female subject were physically fighting at the intersection of 6th and Hartford Avenue on Thursday at 3:35 p.m. An officer responded and upon arrival the subjects had already left the scene. An incident report was made for Assault & Battery.

Arrest/Self Turn-In— A caller by the name of Ted Backus advised that he would like to turn himself in on Thursday at 4:37 p.m. Backus advised officers that he had a warrant for failing to appear on the Felony charge of First Degree Rape. An officer responded to the Lazy K Motel on the 200 block of south 14th Street. Backus was arrested and transported to jail. A report was taken.

Traffic Stop/Arrest— A traffic stop was conducted on Thursday at 5:02 p.m. on the 400 block of north Palm street. The passenger bailed on foot and there was a short foot pursuit. An ambulance was requested and the subject was transported to the ER. Blaze Davis was arrested for Obstruction, Resisting and Eluding Police. Warner towed the vehicle and the subject was transported to jail. A report was taken.

Indecent Exposure— A caller requested an officer to the Valero on the 400 block of east South Avenue on Thursday at 5:04 p.m. in regards to a male subject who had exposed himself to juveniles. An officer responded, but the male subject had already left in a tan Pontiac with license plate BKD597 westbound on South Avenue. A report was taken.

Theft/Shoplifting— A Manager requested an officer to Hobby Lobby on the 2900 block of north 14th street on Thursday at 6:08 p.m. in reference to the manager having a female subject apprehended for shoplifting. An officer responded and more shoplifters were being handled while taking the report for the first thief. A report was made.

Disturbance— An officer responded to the 2200 block of north Union street on Thursday at 7:58 p.m. in reference to a half naked male subject yelling in the street at passing cars. The subject was arrested and transported to jail. A report was also taken.

Stolen Vehicle— An officer responded to the 2000 block of north Osage on Friday at 12:45 a.m. in regards to a gray Nissan Altima that had been stolen sometime within the two hours before. The plate reads TX HLG 4468 and a BOLO was sent to surrounding agencies and the vehicle was entered into NCIC. A report was taken.

Traffic Stop/Arrest— An officer conducted a traffic stop on Friday at 8:41 a.m. on the 2300 block of Cal vert and the driver took off on foot. The officer caught up to him and an arrest was made. The subject was transported to jail and a report was also taken.

Assault— A caller advised Dispatch that a male subject had assaulted her on Friday at 10:47 a.m. at Ponca City Discount Foods on the 2400 block of north 14th street. An officer responded and Poor Boy Taxi picked up the problem half and took him back to his hotel. A report was taken.

Hit and Run Accident— A caller requested options on an accident that had occurred and advised Dispatch that her 2010 silver Arcadia had been hit in the parking lot of the AMC Urgent Care on the 2100 block of north 14th street on Friday at 5:51 p.m. The driver of the other vehicle had left the scene. An officer responded and an accident report was taken.

Disturbance— 911 advised that on Saturday at 2:01 a.m. a call came in involving the caller’s grandchildren who had shown up at her residence stating that two male subjects had came to the house and pointed a gun at them and stolen their phones on the 900 block of north Pine street. The subject in question is a Daniel Baker driving a gray car. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Fight In Progress— An officer responded to the 300 block of west Hartford Avenue on Saturday at 2:04 p.m. in reference to a fight in progress between a male and female subject. The female subject was covered in blood and had been possibly kicked in the face. The male subject, Ryan Hall, was arrested for Possession of a Firearm and Feloniously Pointing a Firearm and the female subject, Christel Hall, was arrested for Assault. Both subjects were transported to jail and a report was taken.

Disturbance/Arrest— An officer responded to the 1700 block of Gibson on Saturday at 8:36 p.m. in reference to a fight that had occurred between the caller’s friend and girlfriend. The female subject, Mariah Rhodd was arrested and transported to jail. A report was taken.

Prowler/Arrest— A caller advised that a male subject, Jacob Gillespie, was yelling at a female and he had jumped the caller’s fence into the alley. An officer responded and Gillespie was arrested on the 600 block of north Oak street on Sunday at 1:12 a.m. He was transported to jail and a report was made.

Vehicle Break-in— A caller requested an officer to the 400 block of east Brookfield Avenue on Sunday at 8:51 p.m. in reference to someone breaking into her vehicle sometime the night before. An officer responded and a report was taken.
