Burglary— An employee requested an officer on Friday at 6:54 a.m. to Sonic on the 2600 block of north 14th street in reference to their front door being broken into. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Hit and Run Accident— An officer responded to Walmart on Friday at 6:23 p.m. in regards to a hit and run accident that had occurred near the lawn and garden department. There wasn’t any suspect information and a report was taken.

Disturbance— An officer was requested to the Highlander Apartments on Friday at 9:35 p.m. in reference to a male subject who was banging on the caller’s door. The caller did not know the subject and an officer responded, arrested the male subject and transported him to jail. A report was taken.

Theft— An officer responded to the 1900 block of Cedar on Saturday at 10:15 a.m. in reference to the theft of a chainsaw and a weed-eater. Information was gathered and a report was taken.

Stolen Vehicle— A store clerk requested an officer to the Stop N Go on the 500 block of west Highland Ave. on Saturday at 1:14 p.m. in reference to a customer whose truck was stolen from their store parking lot. The truck was a red Ford extended cab F150. A report was taken.

Disturbance— A 911 call was received on Saturday at 6:40 p.m. in reference to a female subject who was causing a disturbance and breaking things on the 1800 block of Riggs. The 27 year old female, Paige Riggs, was arrested on a warrant and transported to jail. A report was taken.

Pursuit/Accident with Incident— A pursuit occurred on Saturday at 7:44 p.m. involving a red 2004 Ford F150. The tag had been replaced with another tag. The vehicle wrecked into a light pole at the intersection of Chestnut and Waverly. The subject fled on foot. A report was taken.

Accident— An officer responded to the intersection of Central and Waverly on Saturday at 7:45 p.m. in reference to a vehicle that was hit by the red pickup involved in the pursuit that had just occurred. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Vandalism— An officer was requested to the 1000 block of south 7th St. on Saturday at 10:50 p.m. in reference to a video of three juveniles who had attempted to take an inflatable halloween decoration out of the caller’s front yard. They had also ripped the decoration in the process. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Theft— An officer was requested to the 900 block of north 5th St. on Sunday at 1:09 p.m. in reference to the theft of a firearm. An officer responded and a report was taken and entered into NCIC.

Domestic/Arrest— On Sunday at 6:30 p.m. an officer responded to the 1700 block of Cedar Lane in regards to a husband who had assaulted his wife and his son. The male subject, Zach Waddell, had left the scene and was later located at the Executive Inn on the 200 block of south 14th St. He was arrested and transported to jail. A report was taken.
