The Northern Oklahoma College Concert and Jazz Band will be presenting the Halloween Spooktacular Concert Thursday, Oct. 29.

The concert will be held at 6 p.m. on the Crowder Science Hall steps on the Tonkawa campus.

Those attending are asked to bring a lawn chair.
