Northern Oklahoma College is offering enrollment for latestart classes for the Fall 2020 semester.

Eight-week courses begin Oct. 12. Students can also enroll for fall interim courses scheduled for Dec. 7-Jan. 7.

“Late-start classes are offered for both current students who wish to pick up additional credits and for those students who may have been uncertain about fall plans but now wish to get a start on their college education,” said Dr. Pam Stinson, Vice President for Academic Affairs

Ten online courses have been added to the schedule for those who are interested in working towards their degree completion or are accessing only selected courses during the last eight weeks of the fall semester.

NOC, a public two-year community college, serves 5,700 students on the home campus in Tonkawa, branch in Enid, NOC/OSU Gateway Program in Stillwater, online, and the University Center in Ponca City. Of these students about 60% receive financial aid and/or scholarships.

NOC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and offers associate degrees in three general areas: Arts, Science and Applied Science. The associate degree fulfills lowerdivision course work which is applicable towards a bachelor’s degree.
