The City of Ponca City, in an effort to continue improving services at the Ponca City Rec-Plex, will replace the domestic hot water boilers beginning August 10. During the changeover project there will be no domestic hot water in the facility. RecPlex pools and hot tub are not affected by this.

The boiler replacement will take two weeks to complete. The contractor estimates a project completion date of Aug. 21 with hot water being available the next day.
