Xi Gamma Sigma Chapter met on January 12, 2021 at 12:30 in the home of Lynda Voss. Ms. Voss served members a delicious lunch of homemade lasagna, garlic bread, salad and homemade cookies.

President Sharla Vetter opened the business meeting with the Opening Ritual. The roll was called and the minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved. There were no communications reported and there was no Executive Board meeting.

Pam Sober reported that City Council meetings have been cancelled until March. Betty Jones announced that the Mission is presently closed until the end of the month. She will keep in contact with the Mission.

Pam Sober suggested that the Social Committee consider having a craft night at her meeting on March 10th. The next meeting will be January 28th, with Darlene Vande-Burgh as hostess.

The business meeting was adjourned with members reciting the Closing Ritual. Secret sister gifts and reports were given and Roses and Thorns shared.

Lynda Voss presented each member with a laminated questionaire titled “Isolation Well-Being,” which gave suggestions for surviving the isolation people are experiencing from the COVID pandemic.
