The Kay-9 Dog Training Club of Ponca City donated Pawprint Oxygen masks to the Ponca City Fire Department on Friday, March 17. These masks are designed to be used on dogs and cats to supply them oxygen in emergency situations. Nearly 40,000 pets die in house fires each year, and this equipment allows first responders to save those pets. Kay-9 Club members Ruth Daugherty (in red on the left) and Kay-9 Club President Marilyn Epley (in red on the right) were on hand for the donation to the Ponca City Fire Department.
