First Lutheran Church and School is planning their 9th Annual Christmas Market Oklahoma Festival for December 5, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be a wide variety of vendors selling their arts and crafts, Christmas decorations for your home or office, activities for the children, local music groups performing for your entertainment and so much more!

Traditional German brats and pulled pork sandwiches will be featured for lunch that day. In addition, there will be an amazing selection of Christmas cookies to purchase which will appeal to those shoppers with a sweet tooth.

All vendors are welcome to apply, but no inappropriate merchandise or alcohol will be permitted. Set-up will be on Friday, Dec. 4th from 4-6 p.m. or Saturday beginning at 7 a.m. Buildings and designated display areas will be open at 7 a.m. on Saturday for all vendors as well.

The Booth Fee or Contribution Fee is $35. You will need to provide your own tables and chairs. Indoor booths are 5x10 and outdoor areas are 12x12. The price will include all advertising and your acceptance into the festival as a vendor will be your canceled check.

All proceeds from booth fees will fund First Lutheran School Scholarships.

Vendors booths will be reserved when the application fee is paid and applications will be taken until November, 2020. Vendors must remain set up until the designated closing time of 4 p.m. All signs, merchandise and booth workers must remain inside booth.

A very limited amount of electrical power is available. All extra electrical power must be pre-approved and reserved. FLCS will not be held responsible for accidents or merchandise.
