Due to the CDC guidelines on limiting sizes of groups due to the situation surrounding the coronavirus, Cowley College has decided to postpone its Commencement ceremonies. Originally scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 2 the Commencement ceremonies have been moved to Sunday, December 13 inside the Robert Brown Theatre. The time for the ceremony has yet to be determined.

In the midst of this COVID-19 crisis, Cowley College’s leadership teams understood how important Commencement is to its graduating students.

“This is an incredible milestone symbolizing determination and sacrifice,” Cowley College president Dr. Dennis C. Rittle said. “So, we surveyed our graduates. They spoke loud and clear, ‘Let’s have Commencement, even if it needs to be delayed.’ Graduates, we have heard you and responded accordingly! Thank you for sharing your voice.”

The students include summer 2019 graduates through fall 2020 graduates.
