An injury accident was reported on Monday, June 15 at 8:42 a.m. on Highway 60 and Hunt Road, approximately three miles east of Ponca City.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Jeremy M. Bergeron, 23, Bryan, Texas, went left of center in his 2007 Ford Crown Victoria and hit Tammy Shepherd, 62, Bartlesville, in her 2017 GMC Academia head-on.

Bergeron was transported to AllianceHealth Ponca City and admitted in good condition with arm, leg and trunk internal injuries. Shepherd was transported to AllianceHealth Ponca City and listed in good condition with trunk internal injuries.
