Vandalism — At 8:36 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 400 block of South Perry advised a residence had been broken into and vandalized. An officer responded and advised there were no signs of forced entry and the door was open due to the wind. No report was taken.

Disturbance — A 911 call was received at 9:41 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of North Pecan advising someone drove through his yard and tore it up while he was getting groceries. Extra patrol was requested.

Burglary — At 10:50 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 2100 block of Bainbridge reported a burglary. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Harassment — A subject in the 1500 block of East Walnut contacted police at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday to report harassment from a neighbor. An officer advised it was a civil issue between neighbors.

Disturbance — At 2:35 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 300 block of North Pine contacted police at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday to report his girlfriend was trying to kick him out of the duplex. An officer responded and options were given.

Disturbance — A subject in Osage County requested options on child custody issue that involves a mother in Ponca City that wanted the children. The call was taken at 2:46 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Wilde Road. The caller advised they have been quarantined for two weeks and didn’t feel safe giving the kids back as the mother was partying all weekend with several people. An officer handled the call.

Disturbance — At 3 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 300 block of South Pine reported her ex-boyfriend was out of control and has a BB gun. AN officer responded and advised there was a disagreement between two parties. The BB gun was placed in an evidence vault. A citation was issued.

Domestic — A subject at Fifth Street and Cleveland contacted police at 3:54 p.m. Tuesday to report a domestic dispute between a male and female walking. An officer responded and could not locate the subjects.

Theft — At 3:55 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 100 block of Ponca Drive reported her wallet was missing. An officer responded and advised the wallet was found at Dollar General. No report was taken.

Disturbance — At 6:48 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 900 block of North Palm contacted police to report her 29-year-old daughter was kicking her door. Officers responded and advised the subject was not there.

Dispute — A subject in the 300 block of South Sunset reported a domestic dispute across the street at 6:56 p.m. Tuesday. An officer responded and advised the matter was verbal only. No report was taken.

Disturbance — A 911 call was received at 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Detroit for an intoxicated subject banging on the windows. An officer responded and advised the subject has left but will give extra patrol.

Intoxicated Subject — At 9:57 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 500 block of West South Avenue reported an intoxicated male in the middle of the street. Officers responded and requested an ambulance for the male subject. No report was taken.

Disturbance — A subject in the 800 block of South 14th Street contacted police at 11:17 p.m. Tuesday to report a fight in a parking lot. Officers responded and advised the subject has minor injured and denied pressing charges. The argument was over a girl. No report was taken.

Disturbance — At 2:23 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 300 block of South Elm reported a loud vehicle driving up and down the road. An officer responded and advised the subject was working on a bike. It was moved to the garage.

Theft — A subject in the 500 block of North Lake contacted police at 6:25 a.m. Wednesday to report the theft of a guitar. An officer responded and advised it was a civil issue. No report was taken.

Burglary — At 8:43 a.m. Wednesday a subject in the 400 block of North Pine advised a subject tried to open the front door. An officer was assigned and information was taken.

Arrest — An officer advised he was out with two subjects at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday at Hazel and Palm. Acy Brown, 48, was arrested for possession of meth and failure to appear.

Theft — A subject in the 2400 block of Barclay Place reported theft from his shed at 10:34 a.m. Wednesday. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Threats — At 3:10 p.m. Wednesday a subject in the 500 block of Shamrock reported phone harassment. The subject declined to file a report and said they would handle the issue.
