The Kansas City Royals got their second look of the season at Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Erick Fedde on Wednesday afternoon. On April 5, Fedde allowed six hits and one earned run against the Royals at Kauffman Stadium.

MOTO-X PARTICIPANTS from across the state of Oklahoma, including Ponca community members, converged the Ponca City track April 6-7 for the the MotoPlayground Oklahoma Roots tour, which included stops at Tulsa, Elk City, Norman, Muskogee and Wellston. Each track will have two stops, and the next stop for Ponca City is Sept. 7-8.
The Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Committee held their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 16 at 8 am. Jenn Miller called the meeting to order.
