There is a curious number of file cabinets appearing across the Kay County communities. Small cabinets with three plastic drawers, they look like any petite office storage product that can be seen near one’s desk, filled with folders holding documents that keep a business running. These cabinets are not on a desk, however, and don’t contain those office documents; it is rather women’s hygiene products and are an initiative to assist in the healthcare of women who may not be able to afford them otherwise.
