EDMOND -- The Ponca City varsity basketball teams went through the opening day of the Bruce Gray Invitational at Deer Creek High School with mixed results. The Lady Cats came away with a 52-38 victory over Stillwater, but the Wildcats boys team ran into a buzz saw in losing 73-39 to Holland Hall.
The Ponca City Wildcat wrestlers honored their seniors Thursday night at Robson Field House with a resounding 63-15 victory over Enid. Nine wrestling seniors were were celebrated before the dual, which is the final one of the season in Robson for the boys.
