Joyce Urban was born Joyce Lee Curfman to Lee and Frances (Harman) Curfman on Mother’s Day, May 8, 1938. She was born in the Blackwell Hospital and raised on the farm at Nardin.

Shirley Anne Hays, age 78, of Ponca City, Oklahoma went to her Heavenly home on December 16, 2020, at Alliance Health-Ponca City in Ponca City, Oklahoma. A celebration of her life will be held on January 16, 2021, at Central Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m.

Debra Yvonne Blan, 61, of Ponca City, left this life on January 7, 2021, in Edmond, OK. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 18, 2021, at Northeast Baptist Church. Face masks are required.

Richard Brice Gregg, age 91, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away January 7, 2021 at Via Christi Village, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Care is under the direction of Trout Funeral Home.

Michael Don Logan, age 59, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 7, 2021, at OU Medical Center, in Oklahoma City, Ok. A celebration of life will be held on January 12, 2021, at 2:00pm with Pastor Mark Busch officiating. Care is under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory. Viewing is open to the public at Trout Funeral Home on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 8am to 8pm and Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 8am to 1pm.

Lifelong Ponca City resident Eddie B Griffith, born to Jesse and Viness Griffith on April 28th, 1930 at their home on the banks of the Salt Fork River near Ponca City, peacefully passed away at home on the morning of January 10th, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones.

Mary joined her momma and daddy in heaven on January 2, 2021 after complications from congestive heart failure at Integris Health Edmond, in Edmond, OK. Mary was born August 21, 1947 to Charles and Frances (Schauer) Wayman in Ponca City, OK. She attended Ponca City Schools and graduated with the Class of 1965.

Mae Musgrove left her worldly home January 11, 2021 to reunite and celebrate with C.L. and other loved family and friends in her heavenly home. In Lee County, Rose Hill, Virginia, on October 31, 1935, Oma Mae Musgrove was brought into this world by Dewey and Ruby Thomas.

Dennis James “Sam” Bearskin went on walkabout on December 29th at the age of 64. His many journeys on this earth included falling through roofs for the Ponca City Fire Department for 20 years, collecting dogs, listening to music as loud as possible, and giving toddlers gold dollar coins.

Nancy Feathers, 82, beloved Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on December 29, 2020. She entered this world on February 12, 1938 in Bartlesville, OK, born to Gerald E. Marsh and Aillene E. Marsh. She is survived by her children Gracie Klinger of Tahlequah Ok, Gerrie Johnson of Sandsprings Ok, Lewis Johnson and his wife Cecile Johnson of Bartlesville Ok, and daughter Lee Ann Bond and her husband Chris Bond of Ponca City. Nancy is also survived by her step kids Tony Feathers , Teresa Holick, Kevin Emmons, 13 grandchildren , several great grandkids and great great grandkids. Nancy was also the mom to several of her kids friends and grandma to her grandkids friends; she would have a warm hug and smile for all who entered her house.
