Tyler Baily Delay, Albuquerque N.M. resident, died Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2019 at his home. He was 28. The son of Stuart Douglas and Becky Dorreen (Higgins) Delay, Tyler was born June 14, 1991 in Ponca City. He grew up in several areas of Oklahoma, Kansas Arkansas and Illinois.
