Celebration of life services for Pamela Frisbie Hill, 63, Ponca City resident, will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Ponca City, on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. with Dennis Zimmerman officiating.

Pamela was born on November 22, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Phyllis Pulsifer Frisbie, and passed away suddenly on August 25, 2019 in Oklahoma City. She was raised and educated at Manteo High School, Manteo, North Carolina with the class of 1973. In 1973 Pamela was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and became a full-time minister. She married Mike Lambing. To this union, two daughters, Amy and Jill, were born.

On October 21, 1998, Pamela married James Hill in Perry, Oklahoma. They moved to Ponca City where they are active members of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Ponca City.

Survivors include her husband, James of the residence; daughters, Amy (Devin) VanDusen of Ponca City, Jill (Jeremy) Block of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina; Josh (Lonna) Hill of Ponca City, Jacob (Megan) Hill of Blackwell, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Bradley, Daphne, Ethan, and Scarlette VanDusen; nieces, Sheray Pointer and Kristi Bouchard, both of Ponca City.
