Mildred Louise Wilson Smith, 84, of Blackwell, passed away on January 31, 2020 in Stillwater. Mildred was born in McDonald County, Missouri on Easter Sunday, April 21, 1935, the daughter of Alvie Bray and Cecil (Pendergraft) Bray. She moved with her family to Blackwell in December 1951.
