Cynthia Leah (Nulle) Hoeltzel was born June 17, 1960, in Aberdeen, SD. She peacefully passed from this life October 19, 2020, in Stillwater, OK, surrounded by her family.

Cindy was born to Gerald and Beverly Nulle, the second of four children, and had two brothers, David and Michael, and a sister, Christine. Cindy grew up in Morrison, OK, and graduated from Morrison High School in 1978. She married Byron Hoeltzel October 5, 1984. Together they had two daughters, Tasha Dawn and Tracie Ann, and they raised their family east of Morrison. Cindy loved spending time with her girls more than anything else. They enjoyed shopping, going to concerts, watching SNL, and participating in all of the girls’ school activities. Tasha and Tracie were undoubtedly her world. Cindy loved all animals. It was often said that she could never turn away a stray as she had several rescues throughout her life. Cindy was always up for an adventure. She enjoyed traveling and her favorite place to visit was the beach. She loved watching murder mysteries, HGTV, Thunder basketball, and game shows as well. Cindy worked in Pawnee, OK, for many years before she retired this past June from United Community Action Program. She never met a stranger, loved to visit with people and kept those around her laughing. She will be remembered for her love, strength and selflessness.

Cindy’s celebration of life will be held at the Morrison Cemetery Sunday 1:00 P.M. November 1, 2020. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to an animal shelter or cancer research foundation of your choice.
