Kay County Master Gardeners recognize Linda Williamson as 2022 Lifetime Gardener

Each year the Kay County Master Gardeners recognize an outstanding member of their organization. The Lifetime Gardener for the 2022 year is Linda Williamson of Kaw City, OK and was awarded at the December 2022 meeting. Linda has held multiple leadership positions and is always looking to help the organization and community.

Specialty Crop Grants now available

OKLAHOMA CITY – Funding opportunities to enhance the specialty crop industry within Oklahoma are now available through the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program. The program is made possible through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Agriculture Marketing Services. Eligible applicants include non-profits, local, state, and federal government entities, for-profit organizations, and colleges and universities.
