The Ponca City Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Friday, April 3 at noon. The board will conduct their meeting via teleconference as permitted by recent changes in the law.

Agenda items will include approval of policies for Teleconferencing or Videoconference Regulations and Regulations for Sample Notice and Agenda.

These items require board approval in order to conduct meetings either by teleconferencing or videoconference.

The board will also discuss and take action on leave for staff members due to the global pandemic crisis. Also included on the agenda is a time-sensitive agreement with Trinity3 for Chromebooks, laptops and desktops. Other items may be added to agenda as deemed necessary.
